We recommend new athletes sign up for a free private session prior to enrolling in a program. We offer our free trial classes at 7:30 pm on Thursdays and 9:15 am on Saturdays. If those times do not work, we can coordinate a time that will.
During your initial session we will record baseline numbers for the different assessments we track throughout our program. Since we are training athletes, we test athletic abilities, not weight room numbers. Assessments will include 10 yard fly and 10 yard accels (with video analysis), vertical jump, broad jump, and pr agility. Upon completing our baseline tests, athletes will be coached through a brief speed and agility workout. This will help the athlete understand the type of workout we offer, as well as give our coaches an opportunity to observe how the athlete moves.
